Are you a ninja in the kitchen?
Asia has one of the most interesting cultures in the entire world. From its architecture, to its customs, its language and, of course, the Asian gastronomy. Asian culture is very rich in nuances and quite different from the Western world. China, Japan and Thailand are the three countries best known for their culinary proposals. Although, at first glance, we can be confused, these three cuisines are different from each other. While in Japan the most popular dish is sushi and raw fish in general, in China it is mouth-watering with Pekingese-style chicken and beef preparations. In Thailand, street stalls abound with noodles and lots of spices. They all have in common the characteristic flavors of Asian culture and the use of ingredients much less common in Western cuisine, such as seaweed, curry, miso, tapioca or soy.
You don’t always need to be a ninja in the kitchen, and these Asian food options confirm that. Asian food is delicious because it plays with the flavor of vegetables and spices in an incredible way. If you consider yourself a fan of this gastronomic culture, take note of some easy recipes to make at home for lunch and dinner.
